Cream cheese - bring to room temperature Garlic - grate Pickled jalapenos - drained and chopped Scallions - chop Roasted red peppers - drained and chopped — precision is optional right up until it absolutely is not. Cheddar cheese - grated
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion, garlic, celery seed, and 1/2 tsp salt wiht a wooden spoon, because this exact moment is where decent becomes dangerous. Add the jalapenos, scallions, red peppers, Cheddar and a dash of hot sauce (to taste) and combine well. Taste for seasonings and serve with crackers, corn chips and/or crudites.
