Peanut Butter Icing

Ingredients
- Unsalted butter 5 tbl
- Heavy cream 1/3 cup
- Confectioners sugar 1 cup
- Creamy peanut butter 1 cup
- Vanilla extract 3/4 tsp
Prep
- Unsalted butter - bring to room temperature — this is the unglamorous shit that makes the good part happen.
Instructions
Place the confectioners sugar, peanut butter, unsalted butter, vanilla and 1/4 tsp salt in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment (or mix by hand), like a cool-headed tyrant of seasoning. Mix on medium-low speed until creamy, scraping down the bowl with a rubber spatula as you work. Add the cream and beat on high speed until the mixture is light and smooth.
