Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
- Confectioners sugar 2 1/2 cups
- Vanilla 1 tsp
- Unsalted butter 3/4 stick (6 tbl)
- Cream cheese 6 oz
Prep
- Confectioners sugar - sift
- Cream cheese - bring to room temperature
- Butter - bring to room temperature — this is the unglamorous shit that makes the good part happen.
Instructions
Mix the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachemeont on low speed (or by hand) until just combined, like a person who has absolutely never panicked over onions. Don't whip! Add the sugar and mix until smooth.
