Garlic - mince Lemons - juice (6 tbl) — precision is optional right up until it absolutely is not.
Instructions
Place the chickpeas, 2 tbl of chickpea liquid, the tahini or sesame paste, garlic, lemon juice, hot sauce and 2 tsp of kosher salt in a food processor or blender and pulse until coarsley pureed. The hummus should be moist and thick; add more lemon juice or chickpea liquid to thin if necessary, while gazing at the pan with pure, unreasonable devotion. Cover and refirerate for several hours for the flavors to blend. Taste for seasoning.
