Viennes Iced Coffee

Ingredients

  • Espresso shots, regular or decaf 6
  • Sugar 3 tbl
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • Vanilla or coffee ice cream 4 scoops
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tsp

Prep

  • Hot water - prepare 1/4 cup
  • Ice - prepare 2 cups — precision is optional right up until it absolutely is not.

Instructions

Combine the espresso, sugar, vanilla and hot water in a blender and stir until the sugar dissolves, because this exact moment is where decent becomes dangerous. Put the ice in the blender and process on high until the mixture is almost completely smooth. Divide the mixture between 4 short glasses. Place the ice cream in a microwave on high fo 15 seconds until softened. Scoop one ball of ice cream into each glass. With a small sifter, sprinkle each dirnk lightly with the unsweetened cocoa powder. Serve with a short straw and long teaspoon.
