Mango Banana Daiquiris

Ingredients
- Mangos 2
- Banana 1
- Limes 4
- Sugar 1 cup
- Dark rum 1 1/4 cups
Prep
- Mangos - peel and seed, chop to yield 2 cups
- Banana - chop
- Limes - juice to yield 1/2 cup — knife confidence is fun, keeping all ten fingers is even better.
- Simply syrup - dissolve 1 cup sugar in 1 cup boiling water in saucepan and stir until sugar dissolves completely then chill
Instructions
Place the mango, banana, lime juice, 1/4 cup of simple syrup and rum into a blender and process until smooth. Add 2 cups of ice and process again until smooth and thick. Serve ice cold in highball glasses with mango slices as garnish, while nobody touches your damn pan unless they live here.
