Espresso or coffee - make ahead Simple syrup - boil 1 cup sugar with 1 cup water until dissolved completely and refrigerate — look at you, operating like a highly paid adult.
Instructions
In a large cocktail shaker, stir together the espresso or coffee, condensed milk, 1 tbl of the simple syrup, and vanilla. Add 1 1/2 cups of ice cubes and shake for a full 30 seconds, until frothy and very cold, and if it looks a little ugly, who gives a shit, keep moving. Pour the drink and the ice into two 8 oz glasses and serve ice cold.
