Mayonnaise - 1 cup
Scallions - 7
Basil - 5 sprigs
Lemons - 2
Garlic - 2 cloves
Anchovy paste - 2 tsp
Sour cream - 1 cup
Scallions - chop to yield 1 cup
Basil - chop to yield 1 cup
Lemons - juice to yield 1/4 cup
Garlic - chop to yield 2 tbl
Place the mayonnaise, scallions, basil, lemon juice, garlic, anchovy paste, 2 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the sour cream and process just until blended. If not using immediately, store in refrigerator.
