Ingredients

Scallions - 3

Basil - 12 cup (1 small pack)

Lemon - 12 (2 tbl juice)

Garlic - 2 cloves

Dijon mustard - 1 12 tbl

Mayonnaise - 1 cup

Greek yogurt - 12 cup

Buttermilk - 12 cup

Prep

Scallions - chop white and green parts

Basil - chopped

Lemon - juice

Garlic - chop

Buttermilk - shake well before pouring

Instructions

Place the scallions, basil, lemon juice, mustard, 1 tbl olive oil, garlic, 2 12 tsp kosher salt, 1 tsp pepper in a food processor or blender. Puree for 15 to 20 seconds to make a smooth mixture. Add the mayonnaise, yogurt, and buttermilk and blend until smooth. Transfer the dressing to a container, cover and refigerate for at least 1 hour before using for the flavors to develop.
