Scallions - 3
Basil - 1⁄2 cup (1 small pack)
Lemon - 1⁄2 (2 tbl juice)
Garlic - 2 cloves
Dijon mustard - 1 1⁄2 tbl
Mayonnaise - 1 cup
Greek yogurt - 1⁄2 cup
Buttermilk - 1⁄2 cup
Scallions - chop white and green parts
Basil - chopped
Lemon - juice
Garlic - chop
Buttermilk - shake well before pouring
Place the scallions, basil, lemon juice, mustard, 1 tbl olive oil, garlic, 2 1⁄2 tsp kosher salt, 1 tsp pepper in a food processor or blender. Puree for 15 to 20 seconds to make a smooth mixture. Add the mayonnaise, yogurt, and buttermilk and blend until smooth. Transfer the dressing to a container, cover and refigerate for at least 1 hour before using for the flavors to develop.
