Roquefort (or blue) cheese - 6 oz
Heavy cream - 1⁄2 cup
Mayonnaise - 1 cup
White wine vinegar - 2 tsp

Place the Roquefort (or blue) cheese, mayonnaise, heavy cream, white wine vinegar, 1 tsp salt and 1⁄2 tsp pepper in the bowl of a food processor or blender and process until combined but still chunky. If not using immediately, store in refrigerator.
