Ingredients

Confectioners sugar - 2 12 cups

Vanilla - 1 tsp

Unsalted butter - 34 stick (6 tbl)

Cream cheese - 6 oz

Prep

Confectioners sugar - sift

Cream cheese - bring to room temperature

Butter - bring to room temperature

Instructions

Mix the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachemeont on low speed (or by hand) until just combined. Don't whip! Add the sugar and mix until smooth.
