Ingredients

Celery - 3

Yellow onion - 12

Lemons - 3

Horseradish - 3 tsp

Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp

Celery salt - 1 tsp

Hot sauce - 12 tsp

Sacramento tomato juice (can) - 46 oz

Vodka - 2 cups

Prep

Yellow onion - grate to yield 2 tsp

Lemons - juice to yield 1/2 cup

Instructions

Cut the celery into a large dice, including the leaves, and puree in the bowl of a food processor or blender. Add the horseradish, grated onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, 12 tsp kosher salt, and the hot sauce and puree again. Pour the tomato juice into a 2 12-quart container, stir in the celery and seasoning mixture and then add the vodka and chill. Place a few ice cubes in each glass, pour in the Bloody Mary mix and garnish with celery and bacon.
