Mangos - 2
Banana - 1
Limes - 4
Sugar - 1 cup
Dark rum - 1 1⁄4 cups
Mangos - peel and seed, chop to yield 2 cups
Banana - chop
Limes - juice to yield 1/2 cup
Simply syrup - dissolve 1 cup sugar in 1 cup boiling water in saucepan and stir until sugar dissolves completely then chill
Place the mango, banana, lime juice, 1⁄4 cup of simple syrup and rum into a blender and process until smooth. Add 2 cups of ice and process again until smooth and thick. Serve ice cold in highball glasses with mango slices as garnish.
